Please note that this means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorised personnel. Grolossal will not be liable for missing items after the responsibility has been transferred.

Each delivery note that is attached to the order will state the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery note to make sure you are not missing anything. We will make a full refund of the undelivered items and we will also email an updated invoice.

With a minimum of S$60, delivery is free locally, subjected to terms and conditions stated in our delivery policy. For orders below the minimum amount, a delivery charge of S$7 will apply.
